About this role
As a Server, you will guide guests through La Petite Maison's menu and deliver attentive table service, mentoring newer team members as you grow into the role.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and guide them through the menu with deep product knowledge
- Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar
- Rotate through station-holder duties, assisting with food and drink pickup
- Recommend and upsell dishes and beverages that enhance the guest experience
- Mentor and support newer service colleagues
- Maintain station cleanliness and follow health and safety standards
Requirements
- Solid restaurant serving experience, including time in a fine-dining setting
- Working knowledge of wine and liquor service
- Strong guest-service instincts and a confident, warm communication style
- Good attention to detail and time management during busy service
- Comfortable working evening/dinner shifts
