As a Reservationist, you will manage guest bookings and enquiries for the reservations desk, helping ensure a smooth, well-organized arrival experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest enquiries across booking channels
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and preference records
- Support special events, VIP guests, and large parties alongside the team
- Monitor table pacing and reservation utilization
- Follow up on special requests and booking confirmations
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant reservations, hosting, guest relations, or front-of-house operations is preferred
- Comfort with a fast-paced, upscale or high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Good attention to detail under time pressure
- A guest-focused, professional manner
