Demi Chef de Rang

Key Responsibilities

• Execute service on an assigned section following LPM's own service standards
• Explain the LPM dining concept and recommend dishes to guests
• Take orders accurately and coordinate timing with the kitchen
• Maintain table cleanliness and proper setup throughout service
• Support the section's Chef de Rang or Head Waiter during peak periods

Requirements

• Some hospitality or food-and-beverage service experience, plus some time in a comparable server role
• A high-school education or equivalent
• Confident English communication
• Composure during busy service
• No prior supervisory responsibility expected
