About this role
As a Demi Chef de Rang, you will assist with table-side service on an assigned section, executing service to LPM's own standards while building toward full section ownership.
Responsibilities
- Execute service on an assigned section following LPM's own service standards
- Explain the LPM dining concept and recommend dishes to guests
- Take orders accurately and coordinate timing with the kitchen
- Maintain table cleanliness and proper setup throughout service
- Support the section's Chef de Rang or Head Waiter during peak periods
Requirements
- Some hospitality or food-and-beverage service experience, plus some time in a comparable server role
- A high-school education or equivalent
- Confident English communication
- Composure during busy service
- No prior supervisory responsibility expected
