About this role
As Reception and Guest Relations Manager, you will lead the reception team and own the guest relationship end to end — from daily greeting and reservations through to satisfaction, feedback, and the brand's wider guest-facing presence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the reception team and oversee day-to-day greeting and reservations operations
- Own guest satisfaction, maintaining a detailed record of guest preferences for future visits
- Respond to guest feedback and complaints directly and professionally
- Coordinate across departments to keep the guest experience seamless from arrival to departure
- Build relationships with regular and VIP guests
- Contribute to marketing and social media initiatives as a secondary part of the role
Requirements
- Solid experience leading a reception, guest relations, or front-of-house team in a premium hospitality setting
- A hospitality management background is beneficial
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort with restaurant reservation systems
- Additional languages beyond English are a plus
