About this role
As a Receptionist, you will be guests' first and last impression of La Petite Maison, welcoming them warmly and keeping reception running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests warmly on arrival
- Manage reservations and enquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Recognize returning guests' preferences and help mark special occasions
- Pass on guest information and special requests to the relevant teams accurately
- Support training of newer reception colleagues where needed
- Keep the reception area organized and presentable throughout service
Requirements
- Previous experience in a reception or guest-facing hospitality role is beneficial
- Warm, professional manner with strong communication skills
- Highly organized with careful attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm and welcoming during busy periods
- Comfort with restaurant reservation processes
