Guest Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and serve as a point of contact throughout their visit
• Respond to guest requests, questions, and feedback promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences to help personalize future visits
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest needs
• Support the wider front-of-house team as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in a guest relations or guest-facing hospitality role is beneficial
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A warm, professional, and attentive manner
• Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
• A genuine passion for guest service
