Key Responsibilities

• Independently run an assigned kitchen section during preparation and service
• Cook and present dishes to LPM's recipe and quality standard consistently
• Supervise and mentor demi chefs and commis working in your section
• Organize mise en place and manage inventory/waste for your section
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Contribute ideas toward seasonal menu development

Requirements

• Solid, proven experience running a section in a professional upscale kitchen
• Strong, consistent culinary fundamentals with real supervisory experience
• Ability to stay composed and organized during high-volume service
• A collaborative, mentoring approach with junior kitchen colleagues
• Culinary training or an equivalent hands-on background
