About the role

As Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your station, work alongside experienced chefs and play a direct role in delivering the quality guests remember. This is an opportunity for a chef who wants more than another kitchen job , someone ready to sharpen their craft, take responsibility and continue building their career in Dubai’s hospitality scene. WHAT YOUR SHIFT LOOKS LIKE • Own and run your section during preparation and service • Deliver dishes consistently to the restaurant’s standards • Work closely with the Sous Chef and wider brigade during busy services • Guide and support Commis Chefs within your section • Manage mise en place, stock, portions and food safety standards • Be part of a kitchen where precision, teamwork and timing matter
Key Responsibilities
- Run an assigned section independently, ensuring consistent quality and timing
- Prepare mise en place and execute dishes to recipe and presentation standards
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance in your section
- Support and guide commis chefs working within your section
- Monitor stock levels and portioning within your section
- Coordinate closely with other sections and the chef during service
Requirements
- Approximately 2+ years of relevant kitchen experience, ideally with section-level responsibility
- Professional working English
- Strong consistency and attention to detail under pressure
- Solid food safety and kitchen hygiene knowledge
- Ability to work well within a structured kitchen brigade
