As Chef de Partie, you'll take full ownership of your section, delivering consistent, high-quality dishes to standard, shift after shift.
Responsibilities
- Run an assigned section independently, ensuring consistent quality and timing
- Prepare mise en place and execute dishes to recipe and presentation standards
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance in your section
- Coordinate closely with other sections and the pass during service
- Support and guide commis chefs working within your section
- Monitor stock levels and portioning within your section
Requirements
- Approximately 2+ years of relevant kitchen experience, ideally with section-level responsibility
- Professional working English
- Strong consistency and attention to detail under pressure
- Solid food safety and kitchen hygiene knowledge
- Ability to work well within a structured kitchen brigade
