Key Responsibilities

• Run an assigned section during preparation and service
• Cook and present dishes to LPM's recipe and quality standard
• Organize mise en place for your section
• Mentor and support junior kitchen colleagues on your station
• Support inventory rotation and stock management for your section
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements

• Solid experience running a section in a professional kitchen is beneficial
• Strong, consistent culinary fundamentals
• Ability to stay composed and organized during service
• A collaborative approach with kitchen colleagues
• Culinary training or an equivalent hands-on background
