About this role
As a member of our food and beverage service team, you will guide guests through La Petite Maison's menu and dining concept, delivering warm, attentive table service from arrival to farewell.
Responsibilities
- Guide guests through the menu and the LPM dining concept, including sharing plates and signature dishes
- Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar
- Keep tables running smoothly — timing, cleanliness, and communication with the kitchen throughout service
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Recommend dishes and drinks that enhance the guest experience
- Handle guest questions and resolve any issues with professionalism
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is beneficial
- Strong guest-service instincts and a passion for hospitality
- Confident, warm communication style, even under pressure
- Good attention to detail and time management during busy service
- Basic awareness of food safety practices
