As Team Lead, you will lead a section of the floor by example, supporting the wait team and keeping service flowing smoothly during busy periods.
Responsibilities
- Lead an assigned section of the floor by example
- Support and coach wait staff throughout service
- Maintain service flow and standards during peak periods
- Demonstrate strong menu knowledge and share it with genuine enthusiasm
- Oversee section setup, stock levels, and cleanliness standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in a premium restaurant hospitality environment is beneficial
- Prior team leadership or support experience
- Confident, composed manner during high-volume service
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
