About this role
As a Food Runner, you will move dishes from the kitchen to the table accurately and on time, keeping service flowing smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Run food and beverage orders from the kitchen or bar to the correct table, accurately and on time
- Support the floor team in maintaining table standards throughout service
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front-of-house team to keep timing on track
- Represent the brand's warmth and attention to detail with every guest interaction
- Assist with clearing and resetting tables as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is beneficial
- Sharp attention to detail and a fast, organized pace
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills
- Genuine interest in progressing within fine dining
