As a Receptionist, you will set the tone for every guest's dining experience from the moment they arrive, coordinating seating with the floor team.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly, setting a positive first impression
- Coordinate seating and table assignments with the floor team
- Create a memorable, attentive guest experience from arrival
- Manage reservations and enquiries by phone and in person
- Collaborate closely with the wider team throughout service
Requirements
- Entry-level — enthusiasm and a can-do attitude matter more than tenure
- Customer service background is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable multitasking under pressure
- Basic computer skills
