Key Responsibilities

• Prepare mise en place ahead of each service
• Support the pastry team in producing desserts and baked goods to recipe and standard
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pastry station
• Follow LPM's recipes and quality standards consistently
• Work closely with senior pastry chefs to build your skills

Requirements

• Basic pastry or culinary training, or hands-on kitchen experience, is beneficial
• Solid knife skills and close attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
• Genuine interest in growing within pastry and fine dining
