About this role
As a Line Cook - Pastry, you will support the pastry section in preparing mise en place and executing desserts and baked goods to LPM's standards, building your skills in a fine-dining environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare mise en place ahead of each service
- Support the pastry team in producing desserts and baked goods to recipe and standard
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pastry station
- Follow LPM's recipes and quality standards consistently
- Work closely with senior pastry chefs to build your skills
Requirements
- Basic pastry or culinary training, or hands-on kitchen experience, is beneficial
- Solid knife skills and close attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
- Genuine interest in growing within pastry and fine dining
